Denis Wicks acoustically perfect, well designed mouthpieces are engineered in Britain by fine craftsmen on the most advanced CNC machines. Every mouthpiece is made within precise tolerances and is hand polished and plated. The rims are designed for maximum comfort and excellent playing results. The inner edge of the rim gives a firm, yet comfortable grip. The external shapes are of two types. The original concave design, which gives maximum vibration feedback, and the HEAVYTOP, with increased weight and bulk for more powerful undistorted maximum volume, improved high and low registers and better soft playing control. A system of BOOSTERS are available to fit existing mouthpieces (Denis Wick and other brands) and convert them to Heavytops. These can be instantly fitted or removed. Non-stock models are available on special order basis, orders are non-cancelable.
